- Navigate to https://cvstudents.sherpadesk.com/portal (This link will open a new tab so you can refer back while creating the ticket.)
- Click the green button labeled Submit a Ticket.
- Enter the student's email address.
The email address is the student’s last name, followed by the first 3 letters of their first name and the last 2 digits of their graduation year followed by @cvstudent.net.
Example: John Smith 6th grade (2027) = smithjon27@cvstudent.net

- Click Continue.
- In the Location field, enter the building the student attends.
- Verify the First and Last Name.
- Enter a phone number that can be used to contact the parent or student for troubleshooting or no notify of a resolution.
- Choose a Class (category) for the tickets.

iPad Accessory | Issues with items for the iPad Crayon, charging cable, charging plug, etc.). |
Other | Issues not covered by these classes. |
PowerSchool | Issues logging into PowerSchool. Issues with information inside PowerSchool should be directed to the class teacher of the building office. |
Showbie | Issues with the Showbie program. |
- Enter a Subject for the ticket.
- Enter details of the issue. Please be as specific as possible. Also please include an email address where you can be reached if your student does not have email on their device (grades K-5)
- You can attach screenshots to the bottom of the ticket as well. These can be screenshots of an error message or other visual notes to help with resolving the issue.
- Click Submit my ticket.
- Note your ticket number in case it is needed to refer to the issue.
